APEC Summit in Vladivostok: some results and evaluations

In this article, the author, analyzing the results of the 2012 APEC Summit, argues that the Forum was clear: to overcome the negative factors to the rapid negotiation and adoption by the Government of the Russian Federation of the whole complex of longterm institutional, financial, social and other measures aimed at creating favourable conditions for doing business, investing and living in this part of the country. The International Summit has become a catalyst for internal Russian problem to be urgently addressed.
